Frequently asked questions.

  • ArtStage is free to download and use our free rooms. Subscribing unlocks all rooms (new rooms are added fortnightly) First download the app from the Apple App Store. Then tap on any image with a lock icon to see the available subscriptions.

  • Open ArtStage then tap on “Art” to go to the gallery. Tap on the big + button to be taken to your photo gallery. Tap on an image you would like to use and you’re done. The next steps will guide you through cropping, dimensions and an optional title.

  • Simply go through the same process as importing an image. You can upload and display as many as you would like.

  • After you have imported an image image you will be taken to the "Crop" screen. You can skip this section by tapping "next". Or you can select one of the crop otptions to present the editor. Adjust your image until you are happy then press “done”.

  • To add a frame first import your art. Then tap the button labeled “Frames” choose any frame. To remove the frame select the button titled “No Frame”.

  • Subscribers can import their own room/wall image. Open ArtStage and look at the top of the screen for the room filters, select “Imported rooms”. Then tap on “Import your own room” to be taken to your photo gallery. Select the room or wall image you have and press “done”. You will next be prompted to select a shadow direction for your new room. Your imported room is now saved in the app under the filter “Imported rooms”. They can now be used just like any other room.

  • New interiors are added every 2 weeks and will automatically appear in the app. If you ave any requests email us :)

  • Sometimes due to the way the Apple App Store works subscriptions can become out of sync with your device. Simply tap on "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the subscription screen to re-sync your subscription (it will not charge you twice). The subscription screen can be accessed by tapping on a locked room or by going into the settings screen and tapping on “Subscription”.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically. To manage your subscription go to your device Settings - Media & Purchases(the very top option next to your name) - Subscriptions. From here you can change subscription or cancel. Changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
